I would just like to say 'thank you'

for the timely despatch of my silk pillowcases and dealing with my Sunday phone call.  They arrived on Tuesday - well ahead of the requirement of Thursday.  Many thanks.

I must say you surprised me.

I was a little weary of ordering on line, sight unseen. But your offer to not ship the item back due to the cost is the kind of customer service that I thought died over the recent years and only exists now in a few very well known stores. Perhaps it never died in Australia or perhaps you are just exceptional - or both! Thank you, the offer is very kind. I'm due to have a baby in a week (this was actually for her room) and it's strangely comforting to have a caring outcome of this.

today it turned up and I am now in receipt of the silk canopy and blanket, thank you.  We have a penthouse apartment on Costa Tropical in Spain and are offering special occasion breaks, honeymoons, anniversaries, etc and your products are to adorn the bed in the main en-suite.  Currently the web page is being designed and photos taken this Friday, when up and running I will let you have details as I am sure you would like to see the bedroom with your canopy and blanket.

I am writing this to let you know that the silk blanket I ordered a couple of weeks ago arrived and has exceeded all expectations. It is the most comfortable, soft and luxurious blanket I have ever slept with and I don't think I could ever return to wool or mohair now. It is so lightwieght and just "breathes".
